courtesy to simplyrecipes.com Greetings from KameLo :) Today we will be sharing with you our  favourite pumpkin pie recipe in the celebration of September  🍂 | INGREDIENTS | 2 eggs plus the yolk of a third egg 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar 1/3 cup white sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest 2 cups of pumpkin pulp purée from a sugar pumpkin* OR 1 15-ounce can of pumpkin purée (can also use puréed cooked butternut squash) 1 1/2 cup heavy cream or 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk 1 good crust * To make pumpkin purée from scratch, cut a medium-small sugar pumpkin in half. INGREDIENTS - 1 cup butter, softened - 1 cup white sugar - 1 cup packed brown sugar - 2 eggs - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 tsp hot water - 1/2 tsp salt - 3 cups all-purpose flour - 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup chopped walnuts DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2.  Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.  Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.  Dissolve baking soda in hot water.
